And Russia will get the Nordstrom II, a guarantee that Ukraine will never join NATO, 30,000 Russian troops on Ukrainian territory outside of Crimea and Dontesk, recognizing Russian claims to Crimea, legalization of the Party of Regions and the Communist Party of Ukraine, and a moratorium on NATO troops in Poland and the Baltic states.
