Poll: Most Portlanders say quality of life in the city is getting worse

A new poll from the Portland Business Alliance offered a stunning look at the perceived quality of life in Portland.
The Portland voters who were polled said the city is in even worse shape since the start of the pandemic, and crime and homelessness top their list as the biggest issues facing the Rose City.
The Portland Business Alliance survey also found that:
* 88% of Portlanders say the quality of life in Portland is getting worse
* 66% report mistrust of local officials
* 81% say the Portland City Council is ineffective when it comes to providing public services
