Most kids I know can read at a third grade level before they start kindergarten. Though they have parents of privilege who have unfair access to kids books at the 99 cent store.

I am still looking for that successful and thriving black majority, black lead American city.
It is as rare as any successful sub-Saharan African country.

Effectively this mean that most of the graduates can’t read the diploma they receive.

7% of students at the schools were found to have an elementary school reading level.

Wow... they’re doing far better than I thought.

About 1852, public school became mandatory in Massachusetts. The kids had abou a 70% illiteracy rate.

Now, we spend 1.3 trillion a year on public education, 13 million at this school alone, and have a 77% illiteracy rate.

Big education has failed, big. The reason…..in my humble opinion, the parents belief in government to do the job and lack of incentive of parents to participate.

Do you think any of these parents care at all about their child’s education?

It used to be a FELONY to falsify Official Government Records, especially if it was done for Personal Gain.

School Records and Transcripts are “Official Government Records”

Well, in reality he attacks Trump, completely ignores the conservatives who got him into office and really, really enjoys all his dictatorial lockdown powers.
