White House press secretary Jen Psaki declined to comment on details behind the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer during a press conference Thursday. Asked when the president was made aware of Breyer's decision to retire, Psaki said only that the administration had no influence over his choice. "This was Justice Breyer's decision to make, on his own timeline and through his own conditions he determined," Psaki said of Breyer's retirement.

There is a definite sense that Breyer is being pressured and manipulated into this resignation. He’s in good health and has no other reason to resign except to relieve the political pressure. Maybe he is that weak, who knows. He is a run-of-the-mill liberal after all.
Biden probably doesn’t know anyway. Or he can’t remember.

I get a definite sense that Breyer has worked to cooperate regarding the timing of his retirement for over a year. I think he wanted to retire months ago.

I think that’s EXACTLY what they did, to get the black woman appointed ASAP, to take the attention away from the tanking economy, millions of illegal criminal alien invaders coming across the southern border etc etc etc.
The whole Lunchbucket Joe mess is coming unraveled, and they want to move the public focus.
Surprised they even care what anyone would think if she said, Biden forced him to retire. The left would cheer.
