If dozens of white males had sterling achievements in law and records as judges-——none allowed.

If an Asian male or female also had superb abilities and record——none allowed.

If a Hispanic male or female had an outstanding judicial career-—none allowed.

Only a black female will be chosen.

That sets an interesting precedent for sure. I get a comical mental image of criminal gangs and even crime families in a political crisis because they are torn between appointing the most qualified experienced criminal candidate and appointing a black woman (remember "woman" these days is a very loose term). That would make a good SNL skit I think.
