Much as I disagree with the health care worker mandate, the Federal government is on much more solid ground there because it only involves health care workers and facilities where the Federal government is the contracting agent (not just a regulatory authority).

It's the same legal rationale that makes the vaccine mandate for Federal contractors a more legally sound requirement than the OSHA mandate.

And how long will that last for? My wife works at a nursing home and doesn't plan on taking the jab. Is she supposed to stick an oversized chemical laden q-tip up her nose every week forever? They're still currently testing twice a week anyway but covid will be with us forever. Does the rule expire st some point?
