I imagine it would include any health care provider that accepts Medicare and/or Medicaid.

If the hospital accepts Medicare they are NOT exempt from the mandates!!

Federally funded seems to be defined as any facility that provides Medicare or Medicaid services.

All hospitals and clinics are impacted if they take Medicare or Medicaid patients

probably any medical system that takes federally funded insurance...

so basically all of them.

any hospital that takes medicare and medicaid patients is included. I don’t know of one that does not
