Looks like it will come down to the Trump picks to decide this one way or the other.

When I hear justices talking about how they feel, think, wish, hope, or such I am terrified. They are sworn to uphold the constitution, not their feelings. That is sooooo dangerous.
Under normal circumstances the MAIN takeaway from this entire scene should be we need to end the power of OSHA and other tyrannical federal bureaucracies.
Justice Gorsuch: Congress has had a year to act on the vaccine mandates, but yet Congress hasn’t acted. So now the fed gov’t is going agency-to-agency to get a workaround.
Why, under the Consitution, should the people’s representatives not resolve the vaccine mandate issue?
They are that ignorant.
They crave that power, and think they will live forever with no consequences of it.
That is history. That is humans.

How long until OSHA requires a public health nurse be on staff at every employer? Like the Soviets used to do. A political officer hawking every meeting and employee in a business, reporting back to regional political bureaucracies.

I would bet they are that ignorant. Most state and lower level fed judges I have had personal (non judicial) contact with believe they are a special class, exempt from rules us plebes have to follow.
They crave the power and prestige. The Dems threatening to add three or more justices to the bench is enough to get them to rule the “right” way.
