Like Cruz, Pence is angling for ‘24. Both believe that playing along with the Dems’ narrative benefits them. Within the D.C. bubble, that may seem plausible. In the real world, however, there’s no chance their strategy will pay off.

I’d like to be in the room when they realize that all that cooperation didn’t help them one bit and they still get their butt’s handed to them. I’d like to hear what they talk about. I think it would be amusing.
On my way out the door I’d suggest that they all just be true to themselves and publicly let the world know that they are all Democrats.
