The great majority of Marines today live our core values on a daily basis and exhibit the true warfighting culture of our Corps. A few do not. This memorandum concerns them... because of the values our individual Marines embody: Honor, Courage, and Commitment....We must speak plainly and forcefully with our recruits and candidates from day one, and tell them that racists, sexists, bigots, homophobes, and bullies are not welcome...I expect leaders who see any sexism, racism, or other destructive attitudes in the ranks to step in immediately and intervene, just like you would to stop an impending safety mishap.
They have found the enemy, and the enemy is - US. While racism should have no place - but does in goverment quota polcies - in liberal ethos terms such as "sexists, bigots, and homophobes" refer to patriots conservatives and bullies, and leadership is to respond to the manifestation of such as they would to a live grenade in their midst (well, "an impending safety mishap").
Below is my reply on Quora to one who challenged my reply to an answer regarding the state of the military, with its increasingly "woke" policies and actions .
Actually, you yourself affirm that the language used works to”weed out” patriotic Americans with traditional conservative values.
The SERGEANT MAJOR OF THE MARINE CORPS MEMORANDUM states in part.

Which, as understood in the light of the liberal culture from which this comes, means:
Racists = anyone of whatever color such as oppose policies such as favor persons based upon their skin color, as is often the case wih Affirmative Action, which thus is racist in practice. Add to that the never ending list of things that are banned by various groups as being racist, from "brown bay" to Jingle Bells
Sexists = all those patriot Americans who hold that the normative God-ordained role of the women - a biologically-defined term - is to bear and mother children, which she is uniquely designed/suited for - versus competing with man as leaders of marriage , etc. - and which union is to be in the context of marriage. Which best provides the secure environment for sexual relations and their typical result.
Homophobes = those who hold to historical beneficial traditional beliefs on biologically-defined gender as did virtually all in the past years of Marine history, and basically that God made man and women distinctively different yet uniquely compatible and complementary, and only joined them together in marriage (as the Lord Jesus Himself specified: Mt. 19:4–6), thus Scripture only condemns homosexual relations wherever they are manifestly dealt with. Yet there is still room at the cross for all who will come to God in repentance and faith, and trust in the Divine Son of God sent by the Father, the risen Lord Jesus, to save them on His account, by His sinless shed blood, and thus be baptized and live for Him. Acts 10:36-47
Meanwhile, despite the USMC censure of bigoted language, that can be applies to the broad use of the term "homophobic" to label any and all who oppose of even fail to affirm homosexual relations. Which is actually a psychological tactic designed to intimidate and put the opposition on the defensive, consistent with the tactics laid out years ago in the "art of war manual" for the prohomosexual movement, "After the Ball."
However, rather than everyone who opposes or fails to affirm homosexual relations being driven by a irrational fear of homosexuals or of being one, the class of persons this term may apply to are some who submit to the PC demands of the prohomosexual movement out of fear of being called "homophobic" by them and thereby potentially suffer other means (like forms of "economic sanctions") of punishment for not essentially saluting the flag of Sodom,. so to speak.

Bigots = one whom other bigots do not like, since it may denote a strongly opinionated person, and thus this can include those who are strongly opinionated about who is a bigot. The Urban dictionary admits, "As you can see, the word bigot is popularly defined in multiple ways even among mainstream dictionaries....." MW primarily defines it as "a person who strongly and unfairly dislikes other people, ideas, etc." and note that "ideas" is included which can easily be used to relegate any one with opinions to being a bigot, thus it is often used as a catch-all terms in rules relegating speech in order to justify censoring those with dissenting opinions.
Which, along with other "words can hurt" protections, this is contary top the core USMC value of Courage, since rather than teaching recruits to ignore and or overcome derogatory attacks and other put downs, then it caters to a generation of easily offended youth who are thus in need of toughening up if they will face the physical and psychological warfare of the enemy (which are not those you oppose). Being called a name or facing a ignorant racist is simply not the same as an impending safety mishap
Bullies = generations of drill sergeants who understood turning boys into men necessitated a demanding regimen under pronounced authority enhancing to break down the recruit and make such not simply physically fit but mentally and psychological tough as well them. And with the enemy not being those who professed Biblical Christian beliefs on gender and sexual relations and American values as freedom of speech as one nation under God but those who threatened to attack it. But now the enemy is also within. Pick your side.

yet calling for Increased Diversity and More Women in Combat,
and changing its song to be gender-neutral,
and Forcing Marines to Make Boot Camp Coed,
and feeding cadets cultural Marxist propaganda about gender and masculinity therein,

and for its Special Operations Command ,
while showing a rapid response readiness to engage in online combat with the likes of Tucker Carson and other such enemies
thus nuking Jesus-themed candies on an Air Force bases as well as the Pentagon ordering a company to stop making faith-based Dog Tags,
and prohibiting service members from “liking” or reposting "extremist" views on social media (depending on all the circumstances involved) as part of its prohibition against actively engaging in extremist activities,
