COVID “rule-breakers” in China are paraded through the streets by armed police in a brutal crackdown, reports say.

The Chinese commies are as stupid as our own Dem commies. Hazmat suits are designed to keep pathogens out, not lock them in. Besides which, those suits shown in the photo are not useful for protection against viruses, those look like Tyvek spray paint booth coveralls.
Perfect for propaganda purposes anyway, which is all it is.
Having Covid Testing Centers is another scene in the Covid Cartoon.
I heard about this on the radio today. The talk show host made a comparison of this with the “cultural revolution” that took place in the late 60’s, where there were such horrible atrocities being committed by one group upon another group. The “Guangxi Massacre”.
They even resorted to cannibalism. But it wasn’t because they were hungry. It was because they stirred up so much hate inside of them for one another that they became savages.
I guess public shaming them can also create a division where it can end up pitting one class against another class which will lead to harmful acts being waged against those who don’t abide, and history can repeat itself.
I can see a faction like that here in the USA. A faction that has nothing but contempt and hate for others who don’t agree with them, that they would go as far as public shaming, humiliation, and even elimination if they could get away with it.
