WILTON MANORS, Fla. – At least 2 children were killed and three others were injured after the driver of a vehicle mowed them down in Wilton Manors Monday afternoon, officials said. The crash occurred in the 2400 block of Northwest Ninth Avenue in Broward County. Fort Lauderdale Battalion Chief Stephen Gollan told WPLG in addition to the 2 fatalities, three other kids were taken to Broward Health Medical Center — with one child listed as critical and the others in stable condition. Residents were being asked to avoid the area as police conducted an investigation.

It's been 36 days since the Waukesha attack, so three weeks ago was 15 days after the attack.
Since then, nothing about Darrell Brooks. Everyone is arguing over whether they DA who let him bail out is at fault.

Citizen or no, sound like drunk and/or stoned and didn’t recognize the school bus. I doubt this will turn out to be an intentional act. Horrible in any case. Throw the book...
Since children are normally directed around a swing out barrier on the front of the bus (so the driver can see them) it would be a good bet that a camera/video of some sort would be installed.
I got into an accident 5 days ago that was my fault, the guy who was driving the car told me that he didn’t want to call the cops because they did not have a driver’s license at all. I told him that I do have insurance and I also have collision and I would pay for all repairs to the car he was driving but he said no my girlfriend just bailed me out of jail and I don’t want the cops involved right now, this is her car. So yeah, it could be somebody like that right now.
Why are they on a school bus today? It’s Christmas vacation.

Citizen HAVE petitioned the Governor (D) to fire DA John Chisholm. (SAY HIS NAME!) He said he would look into the matter IF there was a petition from a Milwaukee County Resident.

“Evers’ staff has said the governor can’t remove a district attorney without receiving a complaint from a Milwaukee County resident. As of Monday, no complaint had been filed by a county citizen, although attorney general candidate Adam Jarchow did hand-deliver a complaint to the governor’s office last week.
Should the governor receive a complaint, he could oust Chisholm, but only for cause — something like ‘neglect of duty’ or “official misconduct” or ‘malfeasance in office.’”

MADISON — Several state lawmakers are again calling on Gov. Tony Evers to immediately fire Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm.
In a letter sent Wednesday, the legislators note that it has been a month since Darrell Brooks Jr., a violent criminal out on just $1,000 bail, allegedly killed six people and injured more than 60 others when he drove his SUV through the Waukesha Christmas parade.
“At the time, you said you could not launch a formal investigation to determine if Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm should be removed from office because no taxpayer from Milwaukee County had filed a complaint. Now you have a complaint. Will you finally act?” states the letter, signed by Senate President Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) and 15 other southeast Wisconsin Republicans.
The lawmakers sent Evers a letter earlier this month calling on the Democrat to remove Chisholm from office.
Milwaukee County residents filed the complaint late last week. They allege Chisholm was “derelict in his duties” after his office recommended what the Democrat district attorney acknowledged was “inappropriately low” bail for Brooks.

I’m almost 64,and never in my life have I heard of kids attending school on 12/27.
“According to WFOR, witnesses said the speeding driver went around a stopped Broward County public transit bus and hit the group of children. The witnesses said the driver then fled the scene and left the victims in the roadway.”
Hmmmm, wonder if it was an illegal that don’t know our laws concerning school busses.
When it comes to ordinary people dying in order to advance left-wing goals, a body count of six is nothing. Doesn’t even move the needle.

The same type of fatality happened here in Fort Pierce too. I have noticed a lot more drivers ignoring traffic signals and signs. Plowing past a stopped school bus is just par for the course, I suppose.
