I got into an accident 5 days ago that was my fault, the guy who was driving the car told me that he didn’t want to call the cops because they did not have a driver’s license at all. I told him that I do have insurance and I also have collision and I would pay for all repairs to the car he was driving but he said no my girlfriend just bailed me out of jail and I don’t want the cops involved right now, this is her car. So yeah, it could be somebody like that right now.

Last year I had a minor fender-bender in a parking lot. Me and the other person - a teenage girl who had just started driving - bumped into each other as we were both backing out from our spaces.

The girl's father didn't want it on her record, so he offered to pay all costs if I didn't report it to my insurance company. I figured the accident was about 70/30 her fault since she backed out of her slot pretty fast, whereas I was going a lot slower, but I didn't feel totally without blame. So I offered to split my costs 50/50 with the father, which came to about $350 for my share.
