NFL postponing 3 games over COVID surge

The National Football League announced on Friday that it is postponing three games amid a surge in COVID-19 cases.

The league announced that a matchup between the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns that was set for Saturday would be postponed until Monday at 5 p.m. ET.

Additionally, both the Washington Football Team-Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks-Los Angeles Rams games, which were originally scheduled for Sunday, will now be taking place on Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Even medically uninformed should know, that no vaccine ever “stopped” infection. None of the vaccines construct a filter in nose to block the virus material breathed in. Only function of vaccine is to create additional anti-bodies to fight the virus AFTER it has invaded the body.

So help me understand this. I have some family members politely asking me not to visit them this Christmas because I am unvaccinated. Yet is seems that it is mostly vaccinated people are the ones getting sick and testing positive.

Actually most, if not all, of these players tested positive but are NOT sick. But the NFL bureaucracy forced them out of their active rosters. The players’ argument is: “we got jabbed, we got boosted just like you commanded. We tested positive but have no symptoms. We should be allowed to play”.

If the vaccines supposedly prevent you from getting too sick, and 99% of nfl personnel are vaccinated, then symptom-free players SHOULD be allowed to play. Pulling them is bad PR for the vaccine.
