FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — Hospital systems in Massachusetts have started firing workers who refused to comply with coronavirus vaccine mandates.
New Bedford-based Southcoast Health fired 216 employees last week, a system spokesperson told The Herald News of Fall River.
Another 102 workers who had been placed on unpaid leave for missing a Nov. 15 vaccination deadline returned to work after showing proof of a first dose.
UMass Memorial Health fired more than 200 people who refused to get vaccinated for COVID-19, CEO and President Dr. Eric Dickson told The Telegram & Gazette.
“It was for the safety of other staff members and patients that we had to do this,” spokesperson Debora Spano said.

A well known Ohio hospital threatened to fire any employee who didn’t get the first of the 2 pfizer jabs by 12/6. After the mandates started getting thrown out, the hospital got cold feet and decided not to enforce the CMS mandate.
A cynic would say this was the plan all along. Push all of the employees that they can to get the jab. Those that didn’t get the jab by the time the hospital changed policy, were going to stand up and be fired. The hospital has maximum vaccinated and doesn’t have to fire anyone.
Such a terrible pandemic that we can fire doctors, nurses, and medical technicians.

If there’s nosocomial spread of the coof in hospitals, then these health systems are firing people with superior immunity and keeping superspreaders on the payroll.

Would like to see hospitals hire only the un-jabbed and then let the patients decide where they want to go. Make them sign a release of liability towards the hospital/staff concerning the China virus. Wonder how that would go over.
not cynical at all. Biden’s handlers have to be aware that federal vaccine mandates, especially on private companies, would be found to be unconstitutional. Scare companies with loss of government contracts and fines to get them to coerce vaccination on their employees. When a certain threshold is reached, the Biden regime could withdraw the mandate claiming it was because of reaching that threshold. This also leaves the companies responsible for harm done by the fax. Sad that we are moving to totalitarianism.

A friend of ours at church is a PICU nurse and she refused the shot. Her hospital in Sacramento was threatening to fire her because she refused the shot. In response she got a job in Arkansas and gave her notice.
Her current employer immediately changed course and told her they wanted her to stay. She’s leaving anyway.
I was astounded by information from a very close friend associated with a clinic in our small city. They have treated over 1,000 covid patients, many from out of state, with a variety of known therapeutics plus some other cutting edge treatments (e.g. ozone) and haven’t lost a single patient! What makes them different and able to do this is that it is a cash clinic, no insurance or medicare. Even some of the more “awake” ER and hospital providers will refer covid patients to the clinic as they can or will not (for obvious reasons) prescribe the “unsafe” therapeutics like HCQ and Ivermectin. So the clinic with the coorperation of the local outlet of a national pharmacy chain provides the covid patient with what is needed to make them well.

So far evidence indicates Omicron infection is the best thing that can happen. It shows little to no symptoms and leaves you with natural immunity without getting jabbed with an experimental injection of a risky gene therapy drugs.
Why would hospital employees refuse the vaccine? Do not they know the science and how safe and important the vaccines are?
