CARSON CITY — Nevada’s Supreme Court ruled gun manufacturers cannot be held responsible for the deaths in the 2017 mass shooting on the Las Vegas Strip because a state law shields them from liability unless the weapon malfunctions.
The parents of a woman who was among the 60 people killed in the shooting at packed music festival filed a wrongful death suit against Colt Manufacturing Co. and several other gun manufacturers in July 2019.

The suit said the gun companies “knowingly manufactured and sold weapons designed to shoot automatically because they were aware their AR-15s could be easily modified with bump stocks to do so, thereby violating federal and state machine-gun prohibitions.”Lost outright on that false point.

Sue her for a frivolous lawsuit.
Will it be bad PR? Sure. But smart in the long run.

They didn’t side with gunmakers, they sided with federal law.

The AR came long, long before the concept of ‘bump fire stocks’ was conceived.

This was part of the deep state’s early attempts to take Trump out, before they came up with the scamdemic.

Interesting how a massacre of so many people virtually disappeared from the news after a few days! And no media curiosity about the shooter. That has “deep state” written all over it.

Sue flatware utensil manufacturing companies because I over eat and am fat. Not my fault. Make a fork that counts number of times it is used to eat a meal and anything over a specific number, well, time to make it non-functional.

Ridiculous suit....Hope the plaintiff had to pay the court costs. Regardless...it's an important precedence...for what precedence's are worth.

Funny how no one is really interested in the shooter Paddock in finding out what snapped in his headmeat?
