Attorney Lin Wood has shared a screenshot of an email exchange that appears to show Tucker Carlson thanking Hunter Biden for writing his son a letter of recommendation for college.
Wood posted the apparent email exchange on Telegram, where he has more than 758,000 followers, claiming it demonstrated that the Fox News host and the president's son have a "buddy buddy" relationship.

Don’t know why people watch anything on Fox including Tucker. He is controlled opposition who only covers things his paymasters approve. Hosts who “go there” like Lou Dobbs and Trish Regan get the boot.
Might explain why in the last weeks of the 2020 election, he didn’t bring up the Biden scandals.
He’s got some splanin’ to do...
Anyone who watches any news, on any channel should be double and triple checking anything they say before making a decision on it.
The people in the media belong to an incestuous little club. My wife belonged to that club, albeit in the “minor leagues”. Some of the people she new were nice. Others were complete scumbags. But they all ran in the same circles.
My point is they all get their “news” from the same sources. And they take the “side” of whomever is running the station.
Caveat emptor.
Sadly, in the last five years a lot of Freepers and conservatives have been conned by the media about conservatism and who is on their side.
Aside from everything else, why would anyone think a recommendation from Hunter Biden would carry any weight?

Hunter Biden is selling Paintings at upscale Art Shows and getting toasted by NY and LA fans.
It was pure folly for Tucker Carlson to claim he had no friends and he wasn’t going to cover the story any longer. It was a cover story to explain why the shows he promised were no longer going to be done.

I’ve had “friends” who later turned out to be people I wouldn’t want to be associated with. Rather than condemning them and looking like a hypocrite, I just distanced myself and said nothing. I think Tucker’s response is pretty normal and doesn’t make him evil. Just human.
I find this very hard to believe because what would Hunter Biden have to offer as far as getting someone into college..does Hunter Biden have connections to that particular school? I mean honestly if you are looking for someone to give a recommendation for your kid would you really ask crack addict Hunter Biden for that?

There’s also at least one picture of Tucker at the famed Comet Ping Pong, the pedo pizza place. (Pizzagating Tucker was threatened a year ago when Carlson “went after” Sidney Powell.)
Has Carlson been trading favors against going light or heavy on his subjects?

Noting that Newsweek said "appears to show" and that the source is Lin Wood, I am super skeptical of this story. I am afraid Lin Wood is the one pretending to be a good guy. But after pushing wild nut case stories that undermined the very real evidence of election fraud in 2020. And after leaving Kyle Rittenhouse rotting in jail as one of his lawyers in order to enrich himself skimming off of fund raisers for him, I wouldn't trust anything where Lin Wood is the only source.

Tucker Carlson also tried to rehab Jeff Sessions before the last Election he lost. Look it up.
Carlson brought him on and ignored every single reason that Sessions was Compromised.

You can run from the story but it was Carlson that said he was friends with Hunter when he said he would no longer cover the story.
To me there’s partial corroboration.
