LOL I never understood why a popularity of Carlson broke out on Free Republic. From about 2000 to 2010 or so Tucker Carlson was widely and fiercely disliked on Free Republic. He was correctly identified as a squishy, quisling, megaRINO, Democrat is sheep's clothing. It astounded me when Freepers started supporting this guy.
Sadly, in the last five years a lot of Freepers and conservatives have been conned by the media about conservatism and who is on their side.
