CHICAGO (WLS) -- Jussie Smollett's trial began Monday nearly three years after the former "Empire" actor reported he was the victim of a racist, homophobic attack in Chicago.
The actor is facing charges for what authorities say was a fake attack. Smollett told police he was walking home early in the morning back in January of 2019 when two men recognized him and began hurling racial and homophobic slurs at him.

Attorney will ask for time served and that will be that.
He should get the death penalty for inciting riots and using millions of dollars of public tax money for a fraud. This would stop many of the false accusations made by the race of professional victims.

Because Smollett is a consummate liar and has “friends” amongst the many liars. A sad crappy “actor” whose very profession is saying someone else’s words from a script. He is operating from a script HE has written, and aided by many. Will not change the fact of him being a zero talent out of work actor, who can still make a buck whining about non-existent bigotry and racism, he created. Just like Colin Kaepernik, play the cash card of race from a no-talent nobody.
The question here in THIS trial (which should NOT overshadow the Epstein/Ghysllaine Maxewell pimp trial)-— WILL ANY reporter ask KAMALA HARRIS, who aided this “narrative” of Smollett’s including sponsoring a “lynching is a federal hate crime” bill with Cory Booker and R Tim Scott!! All of which was done to bolster her LOSING presidential run— and now she is VP. Get some COMMENTS on the validity of what she pushed about Smollett who came and supported her campaign events. Push her buttons, get the cackling started— one more FAKE a@@ fraudster of the ultra-left BLM clown show.

Yep- get their phone records. There are numerous photos of the two of them together and this lie about an attack on Juicy Smolliet happened exactly when that idiot slut introduced her anti-lynching legislation.
I would bet the farm that they worked together on this.
There is no way they ever let those phone records to see the light of day.
I’m guessing democrat butt boys running the press will do their best to ignore this story - or twist it so the two-bit liar is seen as a victim.
Let’s not forget about the death threat letter (with MAGA in it to cause pain to Conservatives) sent to Juicy Smolliet at the Empire set- the magazine that the letters and words were cut out of was confiscated from the brothers’ home- the ones who Juicy paid to ‘attack’ him.
