The FBI is asking for an extra helping this Thanksgiving in tracking down people who were involved in the Capitol riot.
The bureau's Chicago field office sent a tweet Thursday, stuffed with hashtags, requesting members of the public consider reporting fellow holiday dinner-goers if they look like someone who may have been involved in the unlawful entry and violence that took place in the nation's capital on Jan. 6.
"See this smiling face at your table tonight? The #FBI continues to seek tips about those involved in the violence at the U. S. #CapitolBuilding on #January6th. Call 1-800-CALL-FBI with tips about Photograph 486," said the tweet.

We need to go much further than that. They are obviously public enemy #1 and need to be dealt with as such.
I thought most of the people at the Capitol that day WERE in the FBI.

Violence? I’ve seen a lot of video from inside the Capitol that day, but haven’t seen any violence. Plenty of vids of cops opening the doors and letting people in to walk around, though. And FBI moles attempting to instigate a real riot and failing miserably.

If you know someone who knows someone that was at the Trump rally in DC, they think you need to be interrogated by an FBI agent who won’t record the interview except in scribbled notes and his memory.
Inevitably something you say or don’t say will be used to hang you for lying to a Federal agent.
I would advise not saying anything to a Fed except “F**K YOU” but even that is no real protection because they fabricate whatever they wish after talking to you. My practice is to be unreachable by anyone not on my white list. If a Fed wants to fabricate an interview with me he runs the risk of not knowing what my alibi is for the time period he writes down.
What the FSB is to Moscow, the FBI is to Washington DC. And the FBI is not even trying to hide it any longer.

What is indefensible is for the DOJ/FBI to arrest and prosecute anyone on the Capitol grounds that day, even if they never entered the building, on Conspiracy charges. And the judge is allowing it as people are being held without bail and in solitary confinement as they are being harrassed by their jailers. This is banana republic stuff. Meanwhile looters and arsonists go unprosecuted because they didn’t have the temerity to demonstrate right where the political elites dwell.
