CHICAGO, Illinois — Black Lives Matter activist Troy Gaston told Breitbart News that the federal government should file murder charges against Kyle Rittenhouse. Gaston’s comments to Breitbart followed a speech at a “Stop White Supremacy!” rally in Chicago on Saturday.
On stage, Gaston told the assembled protesters that the acquittal in the Kyle Rittenhouse case sent a message “telling us to be silent under the threat of complete violence.”

Double jeopardy is not a problem anymore when the Feds want to get someone for the same crime. They just label it a different crime, and prosecute.

There were only white people involved in this case.
There was no race card to play.
So they just make one up.
They bottom line is that he did not commit a crime. No state crime, no federal crime.
You can in fact be charged and tried more than once for the same crime. Once in a state or municipal court and again in a federal court. Two separate jurisdictions.
That being said, the feds have no murder jurisdiction. The tactic is usually using civil rights violation or, in the case of Al Capone, tax evasion, to get him off the streets.
There is only a federal law against murder if it is committed against a federal employee related to his duties, on federal territory or property, or in commission of a federal crime.
Kenosha is not federal territory or property and the scumbags were (probably) not federal employees doing their jobs (FBI agitators).
The only possible federal crime would be if Rittenhouse in defending himself violated someone’s civil rights. Unfortunately for these clowns, the scumbags were white, so they won’t be able to ginn something up like that.

Remember, George Zimmerman was investigated by DOJ after his Florida acquittal. IIRC, it was for allegedly violating a federal housing law against "... using force or threat of force to interfere with a person’s federally protected housing rights on account of that person’s race or color.”
Ultimately, DOJ admitted that it had nothing on George, so the investigation ended without charges being filed. God only knows what sort of nonsense they'll cook up to go after Kyle.
BLM stands a better chance with asking to have the 2nd amendment repealed. (which means no chance at all).
BLM also stands a better chance at asking for the constitution to be repealed, which includes the 2nd amendment. (which means lower than no chance at all)
BLM stands a better chance at having all white people declared terrorists and white supremacists and racists, and with a congress that’s socialist/communist at the present, and with a president who’s brain is no longer functional, they might get it done.
They did it to the cops in the Rodney King case. Tried once, not guilty. Feds took over, guilty.
