On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) stated that when she saw the judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case throwing out smaller charges against Rittenhouse that “completely took the pathway, I think, to the conviction of anything further than that.” And that “as a black person, I probably am seeing what a fair trial looks like in some sort of twisted way.”

Very hard to interpret this or understand the intent. But, I assume what she means is: "I'm the victim here."
She needs to stop obsessing on race. It isn’t healthy.

This case had nothing whatsoever to do with race. I think that it has revealed the race whores for who they really are (as if any conscious observer didn’t notice it many times before over the last several decades).
Truth is not on a sliding scale based on the emotional wishes of those not involved in the trial.

Three white criminals were intent on killing the white defendant. The white defendant shot them. Case closed. Zero race involved.
The three white criminals were opportunists. They weren’t fighting for “black rights.” They were out that night simply to take advantage of the police stand-down and the riots to commit crimes.

I will assume that she means a pathway occurs when there the is a guilty verdict to a lesser charge that leads to guilty verdicts to greater charges, as if there somehow is linkage beyond the facts of the case. Guilt begets more guilt. Well, we can set up laws like this for BLM types. Throw in jaywalking charges to every criminal indictment. There will be undisputed video evidence of jaywalking. Then charge every BLM type with 1st degree murder. Since they are guilty of jaywalking, a lesser offense, then they are guilty of 1st degree murder. Facts and evidence be damned.
If Kyle was black and shot the same three white rioters attacking him, he would of been given a medal and a book deal. Cities all over the cournty would be putting up statues of him. He would be a US Lying Media darling endless paraded on everything from ABC to MSNBC
This case, and the response to the VA elections, is really exposing the ugly rabid racism at the heart of the modern US Demcorat party

attackers had been black, would they then be screaming
for his head on his being found not guilty?
