Maybe you don’t know this, but there’s no defense team in a criminal cSe until AFTER the charges have been filed. The prosecution presents the case to a grand jury with no opposition from an accused criminal’s side.

All the jurors had to do was see the videos and ask themselves, “What would I do?” It wasn’t that hard. They should’ve deliberated no more than four hours.
