Now that President Joe Biden has had almost 11 months to prove his worth, voters are losing confidence in his health and fitness for office, according to the latest Politico/Morning Consult Poll.
Biden is 10 points under water with voters, half of which now disagree with the statement Biden "is in good health." Just 40% combined agree somewhat (26%) or strongly agree (14%), but 50% disagree, including a plurality of 35% of voters strongly disagreeing.
This is a 29-point swing since the last time the same survey polled that same question in October before the 2020 presidential election. Before that election, Biden was 19 points positive on voter perceptions of his health.

Where were all of these people during the campaign? Nothing much has changed with his mental health except a gradual decline - everything evident today was evident 12-18 months ago.
This is what happens when people are oblivious regarding their country’s future, and when they simultaneously trust the mainstream media to provide them with anything even resembling the truth.
Harris’ attack is more likely - By a right-wing, white supremist crazed Trump supporter armed with an assault rifle. THEN, the democrats replace Harris, and then replace Biden with the “Anointed One” who replaced Harris.
Now? Now they doubt it?

Nothing negative about Biden was evident to people who consume only the propaganda press. It is hard to imagine that people did not see his cognitive decline but CNN etc. framed a few lucid comments by Biden in two hours of propaganda discussion in which they propped Biden up and beat down Trump.

Yup. But they are going to have to get rid of Harris too or she will take the D’s down bigtime in the midterms.
I predict we will have an appointed president before November 2022. It will be interesting to see how the D’s and the media set up the narrative for this “switch in time.” The narrative is already changing and getting ready to change a lot more.
My money is on Mayor Pete. He can talk for ages, say absolutely nothing, and sound reasonable.
Overall, I agree with you about polling. However, we may be seeing a phenomenon that is rare in polling. Unprecedented even. A downward spiral past the magical 40’s that no democrat since Carter has achieved. It’s even worse for Harris. Carter at least had a good likeability score as his numbers tanked. They don’t.
The more the propagandist report on the negative polling for Biden the worse the numbers become week by week. You and I view this as a logical exercise given the deteriorating economic situation with inflation and all the other screw-ups. However, we live in a society with a sizable number of lemmings who don’t really stand for anything but follow the pack.
Those are the voters defecting from Biden because they follow the crowd. The polling drives them. Biden initially had support from this group (not us). That support has evaporated and all that group hears now is reinforcement of the negativity.
I don’t know how this administration can recover from this. They are clueless and Biden/Harris lack that “cool image” of Obama. The media cannot even spin it anymore.
This bottoming out effect has already extended throughout the world. Biden is viewed as a loser on the international stage.
They are in deep doo-doo. The nation is in deep doo-doo.
