Not quite. OSHA can’t force any businesses to go along while they are enjoined. But many wokester Corporations will be glad to Impose their own private mandates without OSHA forcing them to do so. They are restrained only by State law and Title VII and the ADA when they do so.

No idea. The answer to that will depend on a huge number of particularized factors, and be dependent upon state law claims that vary state by state. I’m also not up on any issue of immunity under federal law for these vaccines, so I wouldn’t even begin to opine on that.

If one would read the actual opinion, especially the penultimate sentence, the court merely affirmed its temporary stay…it did NOT issue a permanent injunction. While this is an excellently written opinion signaling the ultimate outcome, it is not the final proceeding, as the penultimate sentence state.
