The media and possibly Biden's DOJ is going to make an example out of Kyle, because he's a young white man who went into a BLM/Antifa riot and ruined their fun. He's gotta be destroyed, the Left have to make an example of him and they cannot have the optics of riots if he's acquitted.
Also, the lead detective, the Mayor, and one of the prosecutors are all related to each other.
If Kyle gets acquitted, Merrick Garland is going to announce federal charges against him.
At the most, he'll get the aggravated assault charges and spend up to 3 years in prison. At the least, he'll never be allowed legally to own a firearm again.

Defense ALWAYS moves for judgement of acquittal. It’s part of the standard protocol in criminal trial.
A later police officer witness who got a search warrant on one of tge people who got shots phone but never served it said he was following the prosecutors instructions. I couldn’t tell if he positively identified which prosecutor of if the defense identified the prosecutor. The officer said he’d only not served a warrant a couple of times but never in homicide case. There has to be something on that phone that the state didn’t want disclosed. Was he an informant, etc?
