The race of the killed/wounded are irrelevant. The media and possibly Biden's DOJ is going to make an example out of Kyle, because he's a young white man who went into a BLM/Antifa riot and ruined their fun. He's gotta be destroyed, the Left have to make an example of him and they cannot have the optics of riots if he's acquitted.

Also, the lead detective, the Mayor, and one of the prosecutors are all related to each other.

If Kyle gets acquitted, Merrick Garland is going to announce federal charges against him.

At the most, he'll get the aggravated assault charges and spend up to 3 years in prison. At the least, he'll never be allowed legally to own a firearm again.
