This won’t make it to the jury deliberations. At a minimum the Judge is going to toss all the major charges against Kyle. He may let one or two of the minor ones go to the jury but I doubt even that.

My prediction is opposite.

Judge Bruce Schroeder will dismiss the gun possession by a person under 18 charge, because Kyle falls under the exception, or the Judge will say the law is too vague.

The other Charges will go to the jury, so the prosecutors and Judge can say they did their job, we do not control the jury.

There is no way a judge is going to substitute his judgment for that of the jury in a case of such high profile.

I like that picture of the overweight DA in the trial right after the testimony that their star witness had pulled his loaded gun with bullet in chamber and pointed at Kyle before pointed his rifle at him and shot him. Watched sitting there head down with hand over face. Unbelievable
