They’re going to convict Kyle on lesser charges like 2 counts of aggravated assault and 1 attempted and he’ll do about 3 years in jail because they know if they acquit him, Kenosha and basically all of the inner-cities will explode and those optics will be horrible for Biden and the Dems.

She is one of Shank Yogurts minions on the Young Turks. Generally she doesn’t matter and if you are ever misfortunate to hear her ignorant rants, it becomes quickly obvious that she Can’t Understand Normal Thinking as they are usually not just misinformed but extremely malicious and condescending
My guess.. she was told to say this. Might stem off a lawsuit. Besides, they had a good run, playing Kyle to be a cold-blooded murderer, for a year. Their base audience isn’t listening, anyway.
If they do that, it will serve to destroy most peoples grasp
of the justice system being tied to the rule of law and
impartial.
This persecution is the perfect example of Punishment by Process. The persecutors believe that even when they lose this case, they will have ruined Kyle’s life.
This won’t make it to the jury deliberations. At a minimum the Judge is going to toss all the major charges against Kyle. He may let one or two of the minor ones go to the jury but I doubt even that.
In a sane country the prosecutor would be sanctioned and disbarred.

This is one of the most pathetic attempts to prosecute someone I have ever seen. It should lose even on a preponderance of the evidence standard, let alone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
You sometimes wonder if we were seeing things through our own biases / rose colored glasses leading up to this - we weren’t. If anything he looks even *more* innocent the more the prosecution has presented its case.
