You have to wonder if the state AG and DNC directed him to do this even though there wasn’t a case, or if he went this route on his own.

I’m sure that the prosecution had “no choice” but to prosecute the case. At least they don’t appear to be actively lying. The facts are definitely not their friends.

Perhaps this prosecutor is doing what he is doing on purpose. His controllers won’t let him dump the case but he knows that there is no case.
