We knew this would eventually happen. Twitter has locked PJ Media’s account and is demanding that we delete a tweet that told the truth about Rachel Levine’s gender. You remember Levine. He’s Joe Biden’s transgender assistant secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and, if you believe the Washington Post, the “first-ever female four-star admiral” in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
PJ Media’s Matt Margolis took issue with that claim in an article titled: “Rachel Levine Is Not the ‘First Female Four-Star Admiral’… Because He’s a Male.” He wrote:
Even if you believe that gender is a social construct and subject to how one feels and not dependent on biology, sex chromosomes determine whether an individual is male or female. Rachel Levine is 100 percent male, right down to his DNA. He is not a female. He may have grown his hair out and changed his name to a woman’s name, but that doesn’t make him a female.
Most reasonable people would not quibble with that statement. “Science” certainly wouldn’t. But we’re not living in a reasonable age, and “science” has been co-opted by those on the Left who would have us believe that 2+2=5 and that a man can become a woman by pumping himself full of hormones and hacking off his ding-dong.
When Matt tweeted out his article, his Twitter account was promptly locked. When PJ Media tweeted it out shortly thereafter, our official account was also locked.

Twitter made it clear that in order to access our account we would have to delete the truthful offending tweet, thereby admitting we had violated a Twitter rule, purportedly the one that bans “misgendering people.”

I hear the term “assigned male at birth” or “assigned female at birth” on TV ads. Maybe we should just use that in descriptions of people
Mx. levine...
I disagree. Even that has a suggestion that their sex isn't real, just "assigned" by the doctor. It's like saying "alleged".
why is PJ even referring to him as “Rachel”. The should call him Richard.
Note to PJ Media: Sex, not gender.
Next time don’t give them that excuse.
What do you care about Twitter anymore because only goofballs pay attention to posts on Twitter? Twitter is following Facebook into the trashcan. Both have mishandled posters so badly that noone gives them credence anymore.
No Vag, not a woman
No Uterus, not a woman
No female chromosomes, not a woman
Male chromosomes, Man
Male Penis and testes, Man
Mentally disturbed, YES!
Ugly as sin that NO MAN would want except another deranged Dem? YES!-)
We did too! There's a commercial for an AIDS medication that's apparently intended for men only, and they actually said, "X drug is not intended for people assigned female at birth."
Rarest Wife and I looked at each other and laughed before we cried.
I have no problem calling a weirdo by whatever name they want, but don’t tell me to call a him a her or a her a him
Matt Margolis said they “ hacked it off”. No, most do not as that would end and orgasmic sensation. That’s the main reason they should never be allowed in female BRs or Locker rooms as the Loudon County school rape clearly showed
Use science and describe them as XX and XY.
XY Rachel Levine. Challenge that, Brandons
Rush called it a Removeadickfromme...
I miss rush.
The word is S-E-X.
Sex is biology.
Humans are mammals.
In mammals sex is binary and immutable.
This is actual science.
Fact.
Gender is a language term that can mean anything.
Stop meekly letting your enemy set the language usage.
Embrace reality.
Because names can be legally changed and are not necessarily tied to one sex. I have known men named Marion, Laurie, Shirley and Evelyn (albeit the male Evelyn is pronounced differently) and women named Dean, Michael, Cory and Sean, just to “name” a few.
“Stop meekly letting your enemy set the language usage.”
Yep. “Those who control language control minds.” Rand.

When referring to someone who is transgendered and has a preferred pronoun that does not match MY correlation of biological sex and gender, I will use quotes for the pronoun, whether writing or speaking it.
So, if “Rachel” wants to be called “she” and “her” then I can oblige, just so long as it is clear that I am quoting the person rather than expressing my own thoughts, feelings, or meaning.
I can respect someone’s wishes, but I will not allow them to control what I believe or think.
XX does not equal XY.
“Rachel” Levine does not have gender so there is nothing there to lie about. Gender is a grammar phenomenon. Levine thinks he is a woman for the moment. As with roses, saying it is does not change the reality that it isn’t.
