A Washington, D.C., district court judge issued a minute order Thursday asking the Biden administration to agree that both civilian and active-duty military plaintiffs will not be terminated while they await a ruling after they sued the administration over religious exemptions to COVID-19 vaccines. "None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending," read a minute order from District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly obtained by Fox News. The Biden administration, which had until noon on Friday to respond, said in a filing that it would not agree to halt the discipline and termination of any employees in the process of seeking a religious exemption to the vaccine pending the court's ruling on the temporary restraining order (TRO) motion.

I’m old enough to remember when any old Article III judge across the country could pop up and put the kibosh on ANYTHING Trump tried to do.

asking the Biden administration to agree

If I ever commit a crime, and a court asks me to agree to go to jail, I'm just gonna say "No". Because that's how it works.

Yes, and we have countless other tyrants falling in behind him
at the local levels.

NGOs are certainly on board.

Who is going to purchase these NGO’s goods, when there is
hardly anyone working in the nation?

Remember when Trump defied all those court orders about the so-called Muslims seeking asylum rulings? Even some no-name Hawaiian judge said stop.

Yeah, well he followed the courts rulings.... Sadly.

Exactly, how is it not?

The Republicans have their work cut out for them if they take back Congress next year. The question is...

...do they have the balls?

Biden kind of reminds me of General Custard at Little Big Horn. Won’t admit a mistake even if it is starring him in the face.

Trump was accused relentlessly of “violating the rule of law” by the dems.

Of course, all they were doing was accusing Trump of what they do.

Anyway, where is the chorus of ‘pubs complaining?

Hey, we’re not just incompetent, out of touch blowhards, we are crazy, vindictive, and incompetent out of touch blowhards.

Mandates are an extremist position to start with, and every pushback against them is producing an even more unhinged doubling down.
