A 14-year-old Loudoun County, Virginia, high school student charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a schoolmate in a bathroom has been found guilty in an adjudicatory hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
During opening statements of the two-hour hearing, Loudoun County prosecutor Barry Zweig said the two teens chatted daily on the Discord app, in the weeks leading up to the May 28, 2021, incident at Stone Bridge High School, in Ashburn.
The teens had “sexually charged conversations,” and had engaged in consensual sexual relations twice in weeks prior, in a bathroom at the school.
On May 28, the boy texted the girl and asked her to meet him in the girls bathroom, and she agreed. However, during that encounter, he forced himself on her, without her consent.

Not a great case for our side. The girl had consensual relations with the boy on two prior occasions in the school bathrooms, agreed to meet him in the bathroom again but did not agree to sex, according to the judge’s findings.
An unsurprising result of a sexually amoral culture and lax school supervision, with transgenderism a contributory rather than a primary factor.

Ooops, strike my previous post. I was obviously confused. The second girl was outright raped. I guess the boy thought he’d become a pro at the girls bathroom thing after the first one.
I guess that other girl in the other school he was sent to said no too. Right.
The young victim described her relationship with the boy as “just friends,” but said she “hooked up with him,” twice in the two weeks before the assault.

Yes, weeks ago I’d read that the school had stated the two teens “knew each other. . .”
Then I knew that meant they had had previous consensual encounters.
This is either not about the tranny guy. Or the article is propaganda. There is one where a guy was saying he was a women so he could go in the girls bathroom.

If so, that puts the Louden School District in a more difficult spot. Without a tranny being involved, it means they’ve covered up a male on female sexual assault.
