The interstate commerce clause is used to enable every terrible leftists policy imaginable with only most tenuous link to actual interstate commerce. Yet here we have a state passing brutal laws that are crushing interstate commerce nationwide and the FedGov just says 'well, get used to it. We cant do anything'.
