The School called Smith and they told him his daughter had been in an altercation with a male. When he arrived, he determined that what had happened was far more serious.
The school said it was handling the incident in-house. Smith was dumbfounded.
Deputies from the sheriff’s office responded to the school – not to investigate the alleged rape of a child but because school administrators called them on him for making a scene about it.
“Six cop cars showed up like a f—ing SWAT team” to respond to the complaint about an assertive parent, he said.
“Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,” Smith said. A SANE exam came back favorable to the prosecution’s case.
On the day of the incident, the principal sent out an email to the community that claimed nothing jeopardizing student safety had occurred, painting Smith as the villain, and offering counseling services for witnesses of Smith’s blowup:
Good evening Stone Bridge families. There was an incident in the main office area today that required the Sheriff’s Office to dispatch deputies to Stone Bridge. There was no threat to the safety of the student body. The incident was witnessed by a small number of students. Counseling services and the services of our Unified Mental Health Team are available for any student who may need to talk about today’s incident. Students might have noticed Sheriff’s Office personnel on campus and I wanted to let you know that something out of the ordinary happened at school today. The safety of our students and staff is the top priority of Loudoun County Public Schools.

Basically, when the dad went to the school after his daughter was raped, the school wasn't going to do much. He got upset, the the Loudoun County police showed up like a SWAT team, and threatened to arrest HIM.
He DEMANDED that his daughter be taken to a hospital, where a rape kit was administed, which gave evidence to the prosecutors that a crime had been committed.
That’s the new policy regarding insurrectionists.
How is this not criminal?
Lawsuit....huge one....Federal court!

We can hope.
The principal needs to be arrested
Anyone who covered it up. They are worse than the rapist. They were enablers.
I haven’t read the entire story, but I am assuming that by now, this man’s daughter has been transfered to a different school. Preferrably, to a different school district.
that is one cool headed father.
I hope there is a quick settlement on a large lawsuit that allows him to send her to a very good private school.
Look if it was my daughter, I don’t think I would have been calm either.
But the right way to handle this was to
1) start a phone video recording
2) notify them that his daughter says she was sexually assaulted.
3) ask if they have called the police yet
4) while recording, grab his daughters phone and report a rape at the school via 911
Video is the key to EVERYTHING now.
4 years ago before I was a HS head coach, a referee started physically threatening my head coach. I grabbed my phone and started a video. Mysteriously, he started acting like a competent human again.
It’s sad but true. Video anything with a stranger that is heading towards insanity.
Yes, I hope he sues the crap out of the school system, principal and entire board. If there is a lawyer that will take a case about too little strawberry in strawberry pop tarts then by gosh there should be one that will take this one.
Just think how many people had to be in on the cover-up. Jeez, people really are part sheep.
Other girls were raped because of their cover up.
Having been a public school teacher for several decades, I do have some insight as to how public school administrators minds work.
Something bad happened to a girl in a school restroom. The alleged perp is in a ‘protected’ group, i.e. an alleged transgender—a boy who claims to be a girl. What to do. Well, right now, it’s her word against his and as there are no witnesses, we really cannot be sure what, if anything happened, we’ll just handle it here ‘in house’. Why damage the school’s reputation over what might be nothing?
Then the angry dad, upset over what has happened to his daughter. He’s loud and demanding answers. But we can’t give him any answers. After all, the only evidence is what his daughter says happened to her. Dad won’t calm down, so we call the police.
Only dad’s insistence got his daughter tested and we now know that what she said happened, in fact did happen.
If the perp has an IEP, especially one covering his delusion about which sex he is, the perp has all kinds of protections against whatever he might do. I don’t know this, since I don’t think the perps identity has been revealed, but it wouldn’t surprise me given the district’s response to the rape.
Please don’t misunderstand my post. I am not justifying the administration’s actions, but trying to explain how they reacted the way they did.
This isn’t the only school district where girls are getting raped and it’s covered up. It’s probably happening in most school districts. Much depends on the characteristics of the perp and the victim.
I hope the b——— got what he deserved.
(sorry Moderators. Are dashes OK to use?)
I guess the leftists feel that it's better to sacrifice the man's daughter to a rapist than to admit that the boys in girl's clothing thing is a failure. Sort of like the leftist girl that was raped in Germany and gave a false description of her attackers so as not to start a "muslim/rapefugee backlash".
School was protecting a 'privileged person', a trans, so the normal rules were bent to breaking! Apparently, reporting crimes by such were/are considered 'damaging' to the LEFTist utopia envisioned for the DC-commuting area schools.
Father looks like an intelligent parent, did miss some chances BUT it is now the school & district that is tap-dancing!
I'm so glad I have no one in that age range! On the good side, this may SINK the VA Gov race for Clinton BFF, Terry McAwful!
