What makes us human? The answer may be found in overlooked DNA

...

The chimpanzee is our closest living relative in evolutionary terms and research suggests our kinship derives from a common ancestor. About five to six million years ago, our evolutionary paths separated, leading to the chimpanzee of today, and Homo Sapiens, humankind in the 21st century.

In a new study, stem cell researchers at Lund examined what it is in our DNA that makes human and chimpanzee brains different -- and they have found answers.

"Instead of studying living humans and chimpanzees, we used stem cells grown in a lab. The stem cells were reprogrammed from skin cells by our partners in Germany, the USA and Japan. Then we examined the stem cells that we had developed into brain cells," explains Johan Jakobsson, professor of neuroscience at Lund University, who led the study.

Using the stem cells, the researchers specifically grew brain cells from humans and chimpanzees and compared the two cell types. The researchers then found that humans and chimpanzees use a part of their DNA in different ways, which appears to play a considerable role in the development of our brains.

"The part of our DNA identified as different was unexpected. It was a so-called structural variant of DNA that were previously called "junk DNA," a long repetitive DNA string which has long been deemed to have no function. Previously, researchers have looked for answers in the part of the DNA where the protein-producing genes are -- which only makes up about two per cent of our entire DNA -- and examined the proteins themselves to find examples of differences."

Remember hearing about that junk DNA which does nothing? Well guess what ...

Also please note this is ethical stem cell research. No fetutses harmed.

has long been deemed to have no function

So if this part of dna is irrevocably harmed in, let's say, vaccine research, they would have no qualms about pushing that vaccine onto the public.

Meanwhile ... the Transhumanist dream is to somehow find a way to get the entire population to mess with their genetic code, through modified RNA or modified DNA so that we lose the essence of what it means to be truly Human.

Sort of like the old joke about the drunk looking for his keys under a streetlight. He didn't lose them there, but that was the only place he could see at.

Our recent successes with inexpensive DNA sequencing has led to the classic “when all you have is a hammer everything looks like a nail” fallacy. DNA codes for proteins which is like saying a concrete factory codes for concrete but that doesn’t produce skyscrapers or bridges.

A much deeper area of study is interaction of stem cells during differentiation that deliver the proteins to precisely the right places and in the right amounts to create structures like neurons, organs, and all the parts of a complete body. This “blueprint” model is a total mystery at this point but some researchers believe the “junk DNA” plays a part in coding it. It also receives information from the environment in the form of nutrients, microorganisms, toxins, and even light and sound signals from other mature members of the species. Becoming a human being requires much of the same protein content as related species but the blueprint that results in a conscious, rationale, and moral creature is vastly more than the sum of its DNA coding.

So having overlooked 98% of human DNA in their various quests, they are now shocked that the 98% make a significant difference ... with scientists like these, its a wonder science ‘progresses’ at all.

Remember hearing about that junk DNA which does nothing? Well guess what ...

Junk DNA is like "junk" posts:

Humanity started with Adam. Adam: "man".

Adam's first recorded job was as a taxonomist.

Carl Linnaeus is known as the "father of modern taxonomy", and:

Linnaeus's remains constitute the type specimen for the species Homo sapiens* following the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature, since the sole specimen that he is known to have examined was himself.

Carl_Linnaeus

*lit. אדם (adam).

Carl Linnaeus was also the man who came up with the use of the Mars and Venus symbols to represent male and female. Thus Mars is the sign for every man, every male.

Not only is the Medina [מדינה] literally "from Dinah" [מדינה], it all depends on the mother (mDNA/mtDNA).

After serving as Hashem’s chosen people for 3500 years, we can say with some degree of accuracy that Hashem relates to the Jewish people through extended periods of passive concealment followed by dramatic spurts of historic change.

After 2000 years of frustrating concealment, permeated with hundreds of millions of prayers and tears, Hashem presented Am Yisrael with His greatest gift since the days of Chanuka - the State of Israel, Medinat Yisrael.

The Medina serves a dual purpose:

The Metamorphosis of the Jewish Nation

For Phinneous:

קארולוס ליניאוס

= 570

Go to YouTube.."Hugh Ross" for a much more understandable and intelligent discussion on this. Short form...Chimps and humans share NO DNA.

We showed up rather quickly 200,000 years ago as Cro-Magnum. We haven’t changed much since. Our DNA does not match that of Neanderthal or anything else in the animal kingdom. Does this point to an intelligent being? Certainly. Claiming that God created the earth 7000 years ago flies in the face of all data and proof and makes certain Christians look like uneducated fools. Next question?

Can they do harm to other animals or to their own kind for no reason at all? Yup.
