Federal Judge Rules Against Natural Immunity Claim Challenging COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A federal judge on Oct. 8 denied a request to block Michigan State University’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate on the basis of natural immunity.

An employee at the school, Jeanna Norris, filed a lawsuit against the mandate and asked a judge to intervene on the basis that she had already contracted COVID-19 and recovered. She presented two antibody tests showing her previous infection, and her doctors told her that she didn’t need to get the vaccine at this time.

Despite her natural immunity, Norris faces termination from the university for not complying with the school’s mandate that all students and staff get the shot unless they have a medical or religious exemption.

U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, declined her lawsuit. The mandate, Maloney said, didn’t violate her fundamental rights and pointed to a 1905 Supreme Court ruling.

In 20 or 30 years, when the psychologists look back on this and try to determine the different points in time when the discussion went off the tracks and no longer followed science, it will be noted that the most important point was when the discussion shifted from the goal of “herd immunity” to “mass vaccination”

In 20 to 30 years, barring the second coming of Christ, what is left of American will be using stone knifes and spears to get the next meal, not worry about Covid.

I don't think that's true. You're odds of surviving Covid is porportional to your Vitamin D level. A deficiency is deadly.

But there were a lot of people admitted to the hospital with normal levels of Vitamin D. They fared well but they still caught it.

What's more unlike flu, we saw Covid cases ramp during Summer.

What is interesting is that these spike proteins are attacking the mitochondria. Natural mitochondria in short are foreign bacteria that control nearly every cell in our body. It's food intake. It creates a gateway for any substance (chemical or bio.) It regulates when a cell multiplies and dies. They also alter the DNA of the cell.

To give you an idea how far behind our official medical establishment is with Covid. People are not getting pneumonia when they get covid. It's senescence which is why people die nearly exactly the life of a T cell. The T Cells are not reproducing. The T cells die around the lungs without reproducing. It has all the characteristics of pneumonia but it's not. They're treating people for the WRONG disease. Which makes a bad situation worse.

Take the viral load they received and comorbidities they already have. Two things I found interesting as far as comorbidities.
1. 740 people died total of covid that where admitted to the hospitals last two years that had zero comorbidity. It's not millions of people as they claim. Illness Among 540,667 Adults Hospitalized

No we didn't. We seen injected people get sick (about 80 to 90%.) They're also shedding. making uninjected people sick in much less numbers.

The "studies" to show it's uninjected people getting sick are all based on models (IE: NOT science)

I should have added, at this point, “...because the decision was not narrowly applied to vaccination for smallpox.”

As I later clarify, “interpreted restrictively” is permissive only in extremity. Smallpox kills 30% of its victims across all demographics. An outbreak that affected all Americans would claim 100 million lives. THAT is an extremity wherein the State has a compelling interest of sufficient magnitude that otherwise non-derogable human rights could be credibly impinged upon.

COVID is NOWHERE NEAR that; “extremity” is a distant speck in regard to COVID worldwide. So all national convulsions remain hideously rights-infringing oligarchical antics propagated by fear, and platformed upon raw lust for power.
