Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Tuesday advised that inflation could hit the United States for a while before eventually letting up.
Yellen told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that inflationary pressures are “transitory” at this time but cautioned “that doesn’t mean they’ll go away over the next several months.” She added that she trusts the fed “to make the right decisions.”

She is a useful idiot for the politburo.

she trusts the fed “to make the right decisions.”
I absolutely do not trust anybody in government to “to make the right decisions.” In fact just the opposite.

She’s not an idiot. She knows its not transitory. The idiots are the people who believe her.

The elites don’t care about inflation. It matters not to them. They are not the least bit affected by it.

Gotta love how they move the goalposts....
Is six months “transitory”?
How about a year?
How about two years?
How about a decade?
How about a century?
Bwahahahahahaha.

Life is transitory, which is why those who’ve worked their whole lives to put away enough for retirement are being markedly hurt by inflation - which is devaluing their savings.
We would ALL be better off if elected office and political careers were markedly more transitory.

“Existing or lasting only a short time; short-lived or temporary.”
Not sticking for this bag of gas but the terms “short lived” and “temporary” and as such are open to interpretation.
It is an obvious CYA statement and only the most ignorant can not see that.
To: frogjerk
The claim that it is “transitory” is what is holding the price of gold and silver down. Watch what happens when reality trumps the claim.
