BAD NEWS: Working From Home Won't Save You From Biden's Federal Vaccine Mandate
PJ Media ^ | 09/28/2021 | Paula Bolyard

When President Biden issued his edict mandating vaccines for all federal employees and contractors, along with employees in private-sector companies with 100 or more employees, there were a lot of questions about how the order would be implemented. We now know the answers to some of the more pressing questions that have been raised and one thing has become abundantly clear: The Biden administration is using 1984 as an instruction manual.

The White House issued “Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors” on Friday detailing the new vaccination policy. The COVID-19 workplace safety protocols “will apply to all covered contractor employees, including contractor or subcontractor employees in covered contractor workplaces who are not working on a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument.” The goal, according to the guidance, is to “decrease the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.”

Working remotely from home will not save you from the federal vax police.

An individual working on a covered contract from their residence is a covered contractor employee, and must comply with the vaccination requirement for covered contractor employees, even if the employee never works at either a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace during the performance of the contract.

The goal is to get shots in arms, not to protect federal employees in the workplace, which is weird, since the Biden administration is citing an obscure provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations to force vaccines on millions of Americans.

“Bottom line: you stay employed for another year.“

Then what? A year from now there will be no other place to work as corporate fascism forces all employers to mandate vaccines.

The power to resist effectively is now, while you still have options for employment. A year from now those options may be long gone.

It just shows how far the mighty Americans have fallen when they bow and scrape to the mere decrees of this befuddled old clown. He has no Constitutional authority whatsoever to issue a mandate of any kind to the American public regarding vaccines.

Nope. It was also available months ago

“The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. “

“That's the beauty of being a dictator. You don't have to inspect every business. The fear of being inspected will induce compliance“

It’s amazing how many people here don’t understand this reality. The “I will not comply” crowd are really ignorant of how communism works. It works by making examples out of those who don’t comply.

Why doesn’t Biden order all those receiving entitlements to be vaccinated? What about Congress persons and their staffs?

Attorney Robert Barnes says the FDA approval is not what the public thinks. This is because once the FDA approves a vaccine it has to by law revoke all the Emergency Use Authorizations (aka EUAs) of all the other vaccines. They did not reverse and revoke Pfizer’s EUA, Moderna’s EUA and Johnson & Johnson EUA.

Under Federal Law EUAs cannot be issued if there is already an FDA approved drug on the market. The way Big Pharma got around that with Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, etc.. is to say they are only looking at other “vaccines”. Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine are not considered vaccines. That the game they have been playing.

Plus under EUA there is no liability. Pfizer actually does not want FDA approval because then they are liable. What they approved is not even on the market.

Y’all need to go to a lawyer NOW. Have them draft up a letter explaining that you will sue, as an experimental vaccine cannot be mandated, violation of human rights, unconstitutional, etc.. And other language as appropriate.

Let them know their power is not all one-sided, and they will be opposed in court.

I don’t think the intent is to actually search every business under the regulations. They are creating the authority to target those businesses they want to control directly. Once OSHA is in the door, it’s amazing what violations they can find and how many penalties they can charge. Gotta make those other investments they are making in the economy “free.”

(sarcasm off)

Thank you. Karen Kingston brought up some of these points in her video interview, too. House of Vax, vax_truck, Ava Braun... disagree because, um, they say so.

Hey FR, are we allowed to be retired in our own home and unvaccinated? There must be a law against that.

I might also suggest (since the Biden Admin has said a few months ago, they won’t require companies to collect/report jab-related injuries despite the existence of black-letter law requiring it), Section 1983 violations, deprivation of human rights under color of law.

That’ll get HR and Legal to pay attention.

As of now, there aren't yet any OSHA regulations requiring vaccination. Biden announced that was going to happen, but since then it's been crickets.

The lack of urgency in the issuance of a Covid mandate by OSHA is going to cut against them in court. Tough to claim there is an emergency need for regulations when they're taking their sweet time drafting them in the first place. Some judge is going to point that out when he/she strikes them down if they are ever even issued at all.

Most of them will get the jab before it gets that far.

I was wondering if FR had a Tokyo Rose.

"BAD NEWS: Working From Home Won't Save You From Biden's Federal Vaccine Mandate"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to establish so-called regulatory government bureaucracies, OSHA just one of many examples.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.

In fact, even if the states had given the feds the specific power to dictate workplace safety policy for example, it remains that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had intended for elected lawmakers, not non-elected bureaucrats, to risk getting voted out of office for supporting unpopular laws.

But now, corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification career lawmakers arguably hide behind constitutionally undefined regulatory agencies, letting these bureaucracies get away with doing lawmakers' unpopular, unconstitutional dirty work for them.

The ultimate remedy for unconstitutionally big, alleged election-stealing, Democratic Party-pirated federal and state governments oppressing everybody under their boots...

Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.

Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.

Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.

Insights welcome.

Agreed. Not to beat a popular word to death, but the problem of buck passing is certainly systemic in America today.
