Scientists have created the ultimate GM crop: contraceptive corn. Waiving fields of maize may one day save the world from overpopulation. The pregnancy prevention plants are the handiwork of the San Diego biotechnology company Epicyte, where researchers have discovered a rare class of human antibodies that attack sperm. By isolating the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies, and by putting them in corn plants, the company has created tiny horticultural factories that make contraceptives. 'We have a hothouse filled with corn plants that make anti-sperm antibodies,' said Epicyte president Mitch Hein.

It’s just like so many of the appalling events in this day and age, in one and out the other. I used to despair. Now I’m resolved to the fact that civilization will cease sometime in this century.
What if I boil my corn with some barley and wheat malt, let it sit in some yeast for a couple of weeks, and then distill it?
I’ve heard reports that this corn can pass off it’s gene
traits to other corn that was not a gene protected corn.
If all corn suddenly becomes sterile, that is a terrible
outcome. What if that gene trait is somehow passed to
other food staples?
I’m not a big fan of this concept.
This could mean that the whole chicom virus sneak attack was a waste of time and not as efficient as a sneak attack by these seeds...
There’s only one way to stop this.
