Law enforcement officials with the state of Texas appear to have taken control of the situation in Del Rio, Texas, after the Biden administration repeatedly failed to stop tens of thousands of migrants from illegally entering the United States.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is in full force along the border around the Del Rio area,” Governor Greg Abbott said in a tweet that featured a picture showing scores of law enforcement vehicles that had descended on the area. “They have built a barricade with their squad cars and State Troopers. The National Guard is working with them to secure the border.”
I wish CA had a Governor Abbott.
I guess he did. I was afraid he was not going to take action about this problem. But I’m glad to see that he did do something.
Abbott is a borderline RINO.
You know, it seems to me if we were to build some sort of a barrier,
or maybe something like a wall,
this would not be a problem...
Abbott may have no choice but to stay on his ass but he can and damn well better enforce the law and his states border. Or resign so his replacement can.

Arrest all the federal folks there and charge them with dereliction of duty.
Don’t know if the picture above is on private land or state land, if so Texas can do this. Texas arrests for trespassing. The bridge is an international crossing and probably Federal so CBP would police that area. Maybe a Border Control agent could clarify.

It’s closer to 15,000 now. Do you see the picture in post 2 above? That’s stopping it from growing larger. Prior to this there was a STEADY & HEAVY stream of invaders continuously coming.
The anti-American national leadership in Washington should have not allowed the flow to start and then refused to take any action to stop the flow. Abbott is doing what Biden should be doing … AND WE PROMPTLY & STUPIDLY START TAKING SHOTS AT HIM.
