What a weak, weak man. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday denied reports that the Taliban was preventing Americans from flying out of Afghanistan from the Mazar-e-Sharif airport. Blinken said the Americans and SIV migrants were not allowed to leave because they lacked valid travel documents.

The civilians at the Mazar-i-Sharif Airport are fleeing the country and fear for their lives. Blinken wants valid travel documents!

The Biden Administration’s disregard for human life is appalling.

There are from six to ten private planes at the Mazar-i-Sharif airport ready to evacuate Americans and American allies from northern Afghanistan.

The Hill reported:

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday said the U.S. is “not aware” of a “hostage-like situation” at Mazari-i-Sharif in Afghanistan after reports that the Taliban were not allowing Americans to leave.

“We are not aware of anyone being held on an aircraft or any hostage life situation in Mazar-i-Sharif,” Blinken said during a joint news conference with Qatar’s top diplomats and defense officials in Doha.

Blinken did, however, reveal that the U.S. has identified a “relatively small number” of Americans who are trying to depart from the airport. He also said the administration has been “assured” by the Taliban that American and Afghan citizens with valid travel documents will be allowed to exit.

“We’ve been able to identify a relatively small number of Americans who we believe are seeking to depart from Mazar-i-Sharif with their families. We have been assured, again, that all American citizens and Afghan citizens with valid travel documents will be allowed to leave,” Blinken said.

“And again, we intend to hold the Taliban to that,” he added.

Be thankful you’re are not stranded in a terrorist regime today with these clowns in charge.

“Valid travel documents”?! I highly doubt that has anything to do with it. They want us to think...”well, I can’t blame the Taliban for that. You need valid stuff to travel for gosh sakes”.

It seems like there has to be a judicial option to blinken’s actions. The libs ran to a justice of the peace if President Trump or his administration did something that they didn’t approve for an injunction. Isn’t turnabout fair play?

The private rescue efforts are embarrassing the regime, so those people must be made to pay.

They should just get clearance to fly to Mexico and walk them across the border.

I might be losing it, but didn’t I just read a story on FR this morning where Blinken stated he didn’t know of any stranded Americans at that airport?

We spend $750 billion on the military every year, yet, we get no protection from them. Time to cut the military budget by at least $700 billion.
