The Justice Department said Monday that it will not tolerate violence against anyone to obtain an abortion in Texas as federal officials continued to explore options to challenge the new state law that bans most abortions.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said the Justice Department would 'protect those seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services' under a federal law known as the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
Garland said in a statement that federal prosecutors are still urgently exploring options to challenge the Texas law.

This jackass is claiming he’ll act against the TX new restricted abortion law on the premise that “legal abortions are a Federal Law” and it supersedes state law. Well then, some states have literally butchered the people’s Second amendment rights. Why doesn’t the Federal Government recognize and apply that same logic to the Second Amendment?

Yup. That's exactly what they need to start doing. And tell the Feds (including the judiciary) that Texas is operating in conformity with the Constitution of 1789, but doesn't see what the Constitutional authority is for the Feds to be doing what they are doing.

Garland is making a ridiculous strawman argument. Nothing in the Texas law allows anyone to commit violence against abortion seekers. He is totally deflecting from the subject in question to a phony question that does not exist. These damned lefties are the true spawn of Satan.

Promising action against those who violently tries to stop abortions is an empty promise just like Biden saying the military will stay in Afghanistan until all Americans leave Afghanistan. Those who are pro-life can just sue according to the Texas law. They don’t have to risk fighting anyone.
