Back in May 2009 I was walking along the west side of the WH complex. After they shut down traffic for about 10 mins, a cavalcade of black Suburbans rolled out of the driveway and SlowJoe was waving out the window.
A guy in a thousand dollar suit standing on the sidewalk turned to me and said “if Joe didn’t have a chauffeur, he’d get lost on the way home for lunch”
