Jeffrey Smith, 51, of Fairfield Township, has been on a ventilator at UC West Chester Hospital for 34 days battling COVID-19. While the father of three fights for his life, his wife, Julie Smith, has taken the battle to court.
At the center of it all, the controversial drug, Ivermectin.
"I know from personal experience in a number of cases that people have gone home from the hospital after Ivermectin when they were told -- the family was told -- that you should consider pulling life support," said Ralph Lorigo, Julie Smith's attorney. "No one advocates that you go to Tractor Supply and get your Ivermectin. No one advocates that on my side. What they advocate is you seek out a doctor who understands the situation,"
Lorigo said that is what Julie Smith did when she got a prescription from Dr. Fred Wagshul, a pulmonologist in Centerville.
Julie Smith also got a temporary court order which forced doctors at UC West Chester to administer the drug.
That order is good for 14 days. Friday was day 11.
Both sides headed back in court this week. Julie Smith wants doctors at UC West Chester to continue treating her husband with Ivermectin. Doctors at the hospital oppose the treatment.
"Mr. Smith was on death's door before he received Ivermectin. Now, we have stability. Now, we have the vent setting at 50 percent," Lorigo said.

No MCA has been administered?
If I were this wife or some other close family member, and this hospital successfully got the Ivermectin treatment to stop and he subsequently died, there *would* be bodies everywhere. And they wouldn’t be COVID statistics.
She is suing to make them continue the Ivermectin.
“Yet the doctors insist he isn’t doing better.”
It’s my understanding that pharmaceutical companies do not permit the doctors to say he’s doing better.
I wonder if they’re doing the full protocol with Zinc, Azythromycin, Vit D etc
Lol!
circling back to my old mainstay of a shot of whiskey with manuka honey whenever I feel something coming on....
I always gargle with it and then drink it. Might help with Covid in your mouth/throat.
Doctors: Don’t be a baby, you’ll be dead by the morning.
But hospitals have no problem murdering newborns and castrating boys that believe they’re girls.
The medical industry is a cult.
Never forget these #s are indebted to us.
Ping!
(Google “docs” most disappointed.)
I wonder how putting a teaspoon in sterile water and then administering it via nebulizer would do?
LOL....Superman needs to add.....that’s only for elites and refugees, Nurse!
some people use some kind of diluted hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer. no idea if it is really safe.
Earlier article states:
“The Aug. 23 decision requires the hospital to allow Dr. Fred Wagshul to administer 30mg of Ivermectin daily for three weeks to Smith.”

It therefore hasn’t even been three weeks.
The worst thing that could happen if you nebulized a small amount of diluted whiskey (ethyl alcohol) is you get slightly drunk.
I find it absolutely incredible how many people are willing to have someone die to get their way. The hospital does not want him to get better.
btw, if you do get Covid ..do the breathing with a spirometer. YOu dont even need one to have the same effect.
I recently had a pulimonary breathing test. I passed it fine but I had to stop in the middle of it because I was coughing up so much clear phlegm.
The guy told me that was common to see during the test.
