circling back to my old mainstay of a shot of whiskey with manuka honey whenever I feel something coming on....
I always gargle with it and then drink it. Might help with Covid in your mouth/throat.
I wonder how putting a teaspoon in sterile water and then administering it via nebulizer would do?
My mom told me her mother’s cure all was horseradish root soaked in a bottle of whiskey.
When you were sick, she’d mix it with honey and give the kid a spoonful.
She said it was horrible and you NEVER complained about being sick, but if you did have to take it, you WERE better the next day.
While filming “The African Queen”, the perpetually drunk Bogart was the only person who did not get sick.
