Looks like Adm. Curt Copley has firmly got his footing on his new job at ONI that he can taken on the important tasks like ordering retirees not to disrespect our brilliant and wise great president.
When one of limited capacity reaches his level they usually understand their limit and have a trusted sidekick that can take them aside, in these cases, and say “Sir, you can do that but it is really stupid, perhaps we should do it this way”.

It seems to me that the only respect that they’re due is to have their orders obeyed. It does not exempt them from criticism.
It would be interesting if someone subject to this standard called Biden senile, and was court martial Ed because of that. If I was the attorney representing that person, the defense would be that this is the truth - and I would demand a cognitive test for Biden as part of the discovery process.
