they have no authority to say a dam thing under UCMJ, you are a civilian. Depends entirely whether the courts would defend you, as I see it they may not, no matter what the law or ucmj says. We are at the mercy of corrupt courts whether we want to admit it or not, because we have abandoned or founding beliefs.
