Amen to that.
Sorry .
She is sock puppet for the Chamber of Crony Capitalism.
Her Chief of Staff is the SD C of C head .
Globalist puppet .
As a SD Rep she was a huge Bushy .
Yeh, uh no Kristi. Fail!
Totally agree with her on this one.
Telling private businesses what to do is communism and we already mandate way too much.
Yup, another Bush type with the nose in the air like Dana Peroni. Country Club Republican looking down their nose at the rest of is. Just the country version.
They aren’t managing their affairs. They are forcing people to inject medicine into their bodies. A Vaccine that has less than a year in use.
What can’t an employer require you to do if they can require you to take experimental vaccines? Can they compel you to have an abortion? Why not? You missing work would be a loss to them. Can they force you to donate a kidney if the CEO is in need and you are a match?
If not, why not?
What can’t they do as a condition of continued employment?
Are there any businesses in SD anyway? Other than the local vet that comes out when a cow has milk fever?
Once people start telling women they can’t work at xyZ company if they’ve had an abortion they’ll understand.

Kind of reminds me of that Cake Baking affair.
But in an opposite application.
Looks like health care is most of the larger ones

But... But..... She rode a motorcycle to Sturgis.
Great optics, now put your money where your mouth is.
>>I no longer consider her a presidential contender.<<
Yep! She just lost this Texan’s support
Next up...?
She’s for sale to the globalists yet again, just like the boys in girls sports law she shot down. Glad we found out the truth about this fraud before she hit the national stage.
She was lying when she said she didn’t sign the ban on trans in female sports, because of litigation stopping the leagues from playing. She said she’d support better legislation.
Slippery slope? This is not a matter of businesses telling their employees how to dress or cut their hair.......while on the job. This is busines trying to force employees to make life-altering medical decisions.
How about forcing employees to get abortions, or to get boob jobs? Circumcisions? Nose jobs for employees with big noses?

Rep. Johnson hosts former Speaker Boehner at fundraiser, Noem attends
Former US Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) attended a fundraising event for Rep. Dusty Johnson (R-South Dakota) in Rapid City Saturday.
If someone believes in limited government, then this would seem to be the way to go.
I see her point, but there should be some way of protecting people from rogue companies without mandating stuff.
NH has a similar law about government mandated vaxxes, but is silent on imposing it on private businesses.
I don’t know what the answer is on this one. I guess it would be for someone who is injured by a mandatory vax to sue the employer for everything they are worth.
Where do you draw the line in legislation that actually protects people?
well. if she believes that employers or the gov’t has the right to coerce US citizen employees in good standing into a potentially destructive medical treatment, then she obviously doesn’t believe in informed consent. it is impossible to achieve informed consent when under coercion of any type or level. period.
problem though is that informed consent is the bedrock of our society, law, and nation. that immoral stance for me makes her no different than any tyrant in history.
I’d say they can’t force you to do any number of things:
1. Do something illegal.
2. Violate the ethical standards for your profession.
3. Violate the terms of your employment contract.
4. Violate the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
Other than that, I’d say pretty much anything else is fair game.
EXACTLY.
