Telling private businesses what to do is communism and we already mandate way too much.

In 1955, yeah. But today, businesses openly trade with communist China. They push for every single principle of Marxism in America. They support BLM financially. They support Antifa.

So spare me the lectures about how we are communist for preventing more of their depredations on the American people.

I agree, telling a company they cant do something that is not in the law is the same as telling to do a thing that is not in the law. Either way, whether you agree with it or not, it is a business decision. Smaller government.

There is a big difference between telling a business what to do vs telling them what they cannot do.

I agree w her as well. people dont need the government to protect them. We are many, they are few. Employees who walk rather than kneel will find instant employment elsewhere. The nation is littered w hiring signs. Just refuse.
